Fees: Fees are discussed during the free 15-minute consultation and before we begin working together. Please reach out if you have questions about rates, payment, or whether services may be a good fit for your needs.
See Group Therapy page for more information
Insurance: I am not contracted with any insurance companies. I am an "out-of-network" provider for most insurance reimbursement purposes. I can provide "superbills" (i.e. an invoice) directly to clients, which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
Please contact your insurance provider for more information on out-of-network benefits and the process for you to submit claims to them for reimbursement. Clients may be able to reclaim some portion of their out-of-pocket expenses through this process.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP): I am contracted with several EAP programs. EAP sessions are typically covered free of charge through your employer's EAP program for a limited number of sessions. Check your employer's benefits for coverage.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods and current fees will be reviewed during your initial phone consultation.
Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of scheduled services if you are uninsured or do not plan to use insurance. Please ask for an estimate before beginning care or whenever your treatment plan changes.
